Seen or not. At the top of the screen, every frame: VISIBLE BY ENEMY in red or unseen in green, with a ring round your hero in the same colour. It reads the game's own team visibility, so it is right even when whoever sees you stands in fog. Under it: the likely source (by observer ward, or the unit) and how many enemy wards are known.
Enemy wards.
- When an enemy hero's observer count drops, a ward is placed where it was most likely planted, 400 units ahead of the hero, and drawn as ward? with its 1600-unit vision circle in yellow.
- When a sentry, a gem or any other true sight reveals it, the position and the plant time become exact: the circle turns orange and counts down, ward 245s.
- A ward is removed when it expires, 360 seconds after planting, or when it is seen dying.
- Every known ward is also a red ring on the minimap.
