Once a minute we check the evolve version against the Dota patch. A few minutes after they stop matching, access days stop being spent.
Hours from a Dota patch going live to the first evolve version for it, median over the recorded patches. Counted for versions that name their patch and came out while it was current. Patches older than the first recorded version are left out.
Patch outages record themselves: once a minute the evolve version is checked against the Dota patch. A mismatch opens an outage, a match closes it and credits everyone with access 25% of the downtime on top. Other outages are written by hand.
