Paying for a plan, a wallet top-up or a script on evolve-scripts.online accepts the offer: the agreement is concluded at the moment of payment.

The provider grants the buyer access to the evolve software (loader, build, Lua API) for the paid term, and access to the paid store scripts the buyer bought. The service is delivered over the internet, in the personal account on the site. What access includes and the prices are published on the pricing page and in the script listings.

Prices are shown on the site in roubles and US dollars and apply at the moment of payment. Payment goes through payment providers: a Russian bank card and SBP, a foreign bank card, cryptocurrency. There are no recurring charges: extending is a new payment. The receipt is issued in «Мой налог» and sent to the account email.

There is nothing to ship: everything sold on the site is access to the software and to scripts, opened in the personal account. Access days and paid scripts are credited to the account automatically as soon as the payment provider confirms the payment, usually within a minute.

The loader is downloaded from the personal account and signs in with the same login. Bought scripts are installed from the account, from the loader or from the store tab of the in-game menu.

The access term is counted in days from the moment it is credited and adds to what is left. While the build is marked down on the status page the term is not spent, and once it is fixed 25% of the downtime is added on top.

Refund terms are on the Refunds page: a full subscription refund within 24 hours if the loader has never run on the account, and a refund for a script that was not installed or has been broken on the current build for more than 72 hours. Money goes back the way it was paid.

The software is provided as published. The provider is not affiliated with Valve Corporation and is not responsible for decisions the game's owner or third parties make about the buyer's account. The provider's liability is limited to the amount paid for the period in which the claim arose.
