What we store

Your email and nick, a password hash, passkeys and the second factor, what binds access to one computer, the IP addresses and browsers you sign in and download from, the linked Telegram and Discord accounts, the balance and purchase history, data scripts save, and your forum posts and reviews. If you subscribed to status mail, that address too.

The location shown in Telegram and Discord confirmations and in the active sessions list is approximate and derived from the IP address using IP Geolocation by DB-IP (https://db-ip.com).

What we do not collect

We do not link the account to a Steam ID. A script may send data off the computer only if its listing says so, and the anonymous training dataset is sent only after your consent and deleted on request.

Visit statistics

Public pages of the site run Yandex Metrica: it counts visits and where they came from and sets its own cookies. It is not loaded on the account, sign-in, sign-up and payment pages. Session recording (Webvisor) and the click map are off. You can block it in the browser; the site works without it.

Deletion

Deleting the account in settings erases the email, nick, password, passkeys, second factor, the Telegram and Discord links, sessions, the computer binding, script data and datasets, and takes your listings down. What stays: receipts and sales records for as long as accounting requires, forum posts and reviews under the deleted account's name, the security log, and the records that keep the trial from being granted twice. Closed beta applications stay as well, with their answers and the decision, together with hashes of the Telegram and Discord links, the email, the computer and the IP address at the time they were sent: we keep these to check applications and to protect the test from abuse.
