How to turn it on

Install evolve with the loader and start Dota 2.

Pick Keeper of the Light: the pack turns on by itself.

Hold Space in a fight. Insert opens the pack's menu.
The Keeper of the Light pack comes with any term
So do the packs of every other hero, AI aim and all free store scripts. Access is by closed beta application.
