How to turn it on

Install evolve with the loader and start Dota 2.

Pick Anti-Mage: the pack turns on by itself.

Hold Space in a fight. Insert opens the pack's menu.
The Anti-Mage pack comes with any term
So do the packs of every other hero, AI aim and all free store scripts. Access is by closed beta application.
